EDGES

EDGES — Choreography, drawn on the rink.

A planning canvas for figure skating coaches. Everything below is the real thing: a real program, on a real sheet, in the panes you'll actually work in.

Program Junior · Women · Free Skate · 26/27
Design

Built element by element.

Jumps, spins, steps and choreo, placed on the ice and shaped where they sit. The optimizer proposes alternatives one slot at a time — you decide.

Context

One file, not a pile of fragments.

Today a program travels as a PDF, some screenshots and a voice memo, and the other coach rebuilds it from pieces.

  • Path geometry, element by element
  • Notes, anchored where they belong
  • The ruleset it was planned against

The same file opens in Rinkside — the boards view, glanceable on a phone.

Protocol TSS 93.60

Checked while you build.

Requirements, repetitions and element counts, live against a bundled ruleset.

A planning aid that catches the obvious — not a guarantee of legality. The referee's call is still the one that counts.

Timeline 3:39.3

Timed to the music, to the beat.

Load the track and place every element against the waveform — chapters, notes and movement all on the same timeline as the audio.

Where your work lives

On your device. That's the architecture, not a promise.

The host delivers the app — code, fonts, rules data. Your programs, notes, skaters and music stay in your browser. No accounts, no backend holding your work.

Studio opens on your library: programs grouped by skater, the one you had open last, and the folder you keep them in.

To hand one over you send the file. The other coach opens it and sees exactly what you saw — or export a PDF handoff sheet if they have no app.

Who can see your programs

Nobody, unless you hand them the file.

Who can see your program content
EDGES / the app's author No — by architecture, not policy
The hosting provider Only ordinary web logs for loading the app
Another coach Only if you send them the file

That's Studio.

Open it and you land in your library — this program is the first row.

Open Studio

No account. Nothing uploaded. It stays on your device.

Also inside: ice coverage for Composition, chapters, notes anchored where they happen, custom federation rulesets, and a Studio you can theme, light or dark.
